Philip is the pioneer of Buyer Agency in Santa Fe. As the former President of Buyers First Realty, he specialized in representing hundreds of real estate buyers in their moves into and around Santa Fe since 1992. Philip is now bringing his talents and high quality service to assist clients in marketing property for sale as well as providing outstanding buyer representation.
“After many years of working with buyers exclusively, I decided it was time to broaden my base to assist clients who are now interested in selling their homes as well,” he said. “I decided to join a company with the resources and marketing programs that only Santa Fe Properties provides. I am very excited about these changes.”
On his days off, Philip enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. An avid sports fan, Philip currently serves as New Mexico Governor of the Red Sox Nation.
Philip moved to Santa Fe in 1975 and attended Santa Fe Prep. He later graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
