Specialized Design & Technical Competence
Architectural Alliance is a service oriented firm that prides itself on customer satisfaction. Calls are returned promptly. We hold weekly staff meetings to identify tasks for the week and critical issues which require discussion or immediate attention. We listen to clients and always the number one concern is designing for the client, not for us. We will not occupy the space and within reason the client knows his or her needs best, but we will always offer our best professional opinion and discuss these technical and design issues with the client.
We pride ourselves on not having an ego and making good design decisions. We’ve never been in a lawsuit and are resolution oriented. We’re confident we can work successfully with the Congregation and Building Committee.
Architectural Alliance is currently working on the Loretto Chapel and consulting on a proposed renovation of The Scottish Rite Temple. Personally, I worked with John McHugh at McHugh, Lloyd & Tryk on the St. Francis Cathedral Renovation. Other work done while at other firms (including McHugh, Lloyd, & Tryk) is the ADA renovation of DeVargas Jr. High, the new Computer Science building at Santa Fe High, the Gallup Elementary School, VA Hospital in Albuquerque, and the Indian School in Santa Fe. Our renovation experience is extensive including renovation of all the public spaces at the Hotel Loretto, the Glenn Green Gallery, Harry’s Roadhouse, 420 Old Santa Fe Trail, and the old Bull Ring.
